Digital guides and nutrition plans:
If you are not satisfied with one of our guides or plans then we will need to see sufficient proof that our guide or plan hasn’t worked i.e a before and after picture. If we do see changes and improvements that our guides or plans have been working then unfortunately your request will be rejected, but if there are no changes then we will issue and full refund. You will have 30 days from the date of purchasing the product to contact us to get a full refund on your guide/plan.
If you do receive a full refund then we suggest that you cease to use our product and delete it from your email address and other relevant deceives to comply with our t’s and c’s.
Products (t-shirts, shorts etc):
We will give you the return address and simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge which you will be informed of) This is calculated from the day that you receive your order. The following conditions will apply:
